The historic Grande Albergo Marin in Lignano Sabbiadoro welcomes Michelin-starred chef Alberto Tonizzo into its refined kitchens.
Born and raised in Rivignano, the centre of the unpolluted territory of the River Stella Nature Park, he nurtures a passion for his land and for a lifestyle in perfect harmony with nature. It is there that the family-run restaurant Al Ferarùt is located, where he nourishes and enhances his talent. Inside his dishes is all the energy of a balanced and creative cuisine based on a careful selection of ingredients.
Preserving the organoleptic properties of the raw materials has always been a priority for Chef Tonizzo, whose ingenuity and creativity guarantee a defined identity to his dishes that carry all the aromas, flavours and colours of Friuli.
